This is a new method to detect edible frying oil if it can keep using or not. You just need to drop a little of oil(175~190℃)into our testing liquid and look it is floating or submerging. If it is submerging, it means the oil can’t keep using, or it will make our body bad, and then it is low-cost, rapid and convenient, it don’t need lots of time to wait, just cost about 10 seconds can get the answer, and it don’t need to go to laboratory, we can detect the oil is good or not quickly, to fit the restaurant or stand detect their oil by themselves.
