EXPLORATORIUM / Museum design

EXPLORATORIUM
EXPLORATORIUM

The proposal ventures beyond the typical Science Museum, instead evolving the typology towards an ‘Exploratorium’, a multi-disciplinary platform that caters not just to students or enthusiasts, but an engaging centre indulging the broadest of general public. The mass is scattered throughout with various elements, façade and otherwise, which are science experiments in themselves. Due to the multifarious occurrences within each block, the Exploratorium acts as a continuously active typology. With its varied activities eventuating at all times, the complex thus acts as a haven that is ushering in the eager learner at all times and conveniences.
