In most cases, an underground garage could easily become flooded by water, which could not be drained away after heavy rain. However, what if the underground garage is full of luxury vehicles. People would try to use sandbags or dam-board to prevent water flooding the garage.
The “Barrier Bump” looks like a typical speed bump. The difference between the “Barrier Bump” and a normal speed bump is a waterproof fabric barrier. When the water rises at the “Barrier Bump”, it will float on the surface of water and pull up the waterproof fabric. A sliding rail seals the gap between the fabric and the wall on each side to prevent water seeping in.
