Rescuer

We can’t afford to waste a single minute to rescue the drowning people. When we throw the life buoy, the sea waves can affect it so we can’t throw it accurately. If we want to swim to help them, the one thing is the time will be slow, the other thing is we will encounter the risk. This design depends on a small power turbine as the thrust, the rescuer will quickly reach the nearby of the drowning so as to give the effective help. The salvage device uses the lithium battery as a power source, we can use it repeat. At the same time it is a good sea toy.
