It is cruel to throw away children’s shoes as their feet grow too fast, which turn out to be rubbish. Meanwhile, those shoes do harm to children’s feet due to the small size. Petal shoe can be extended longer and wider to prolong the product lifespan as well as to keep the shoe suitable for children to wear. The inspiration comes from the structure of flower which can be extended like the bloom of flower. Children aging from 2-12 do not need to change to new shoes of different sizes as this concept can be adjusted automatically when tightening the lace. The shoe grows together with children’s feet every day.
