Steamer is a traditional kitchenware for Chinese food using superheated steam for cooking. The old ones are connected together by vertically inserted structure, needing to be removed before fetching food in the below steamer. During this process, the high temperature vapor would hurt operator’s finger, and the upper steamers might fall down. But the new product solves both problems quite well by add a rotating part to the old one. Now, it just needs to be rotated out easily to get food under it. It avoids hurting from vapor and makes the upper steamers more stable too.
