"Obstacle detection aid for blind people" IS let blind people know that there is an obstacle ahead in advance so that they can change the direction earlier to avoid hitting or touching objects. It uses infrared to detect obstacles ahead. Based on the distance, the closer the obstacle is, the more times the aid shakes. For people who use a cane, the aid reminds them by shaking the handle to make walking easy and even reduce accidents.
