Karakalem Drawing Pencils / pencil

Karakalem Drawing Pencils
Karakalem Drawing Pencils

Making pencils easier and faster to use.
Karakalem means ‘charcoal’ in Turkish, representing the color of the pencil lead. The basic black and white patterns on the exterior lend a professional quality to the pencils while still providing an attractive, inventive design. The goal was to show their key difference, their tonal values and hardness of the lead. Each pencil’s design and pattern indicates the lead degree and lead type. This makes it easy for artists to distinguish between the types of pencils. The different series of pencils also have lines (‘H’ series) and dots (‘B’ series) to characterize the types of lead.
