Our topic, "Yun", referring to the spirit exists in both spiritual and visible worlds, which may change during the life journey, and contained the abstract concept of the untrammeled inner consciousness wrapped up in the conservative gentleness, similar to the characteristics of the Chinese culture.
Our inspiration was derived from the historical dress culture in China. And we extracted the scents from Chinese garments -- the A-line cutting of the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Periods, the cheongsam and the mandarin jacket of the late Qing Dynasty to the begging of the Republic of China, and the feature of ink and wash painting.
