Many studies indicate that current technologies used in street lamps could not ensure electricities to be completely transferred to optical energy. Almost 90% electricities would be wasted in the form of thermal energy. So why could not we efficiently utilize those power to create warm homes for homeless animals among the world?
Inspiration of the design is transferring the waste of electricity to thermal energy, providing heat for the homeless animals. Additionally,it would be a public facility , which appeal people to pay more attention to homeless animals.
