Lighting Maracas / Toy

Lighting Maracas

The Syrian civil war is continuing even today. Therefore, there are around 200 million Syrian refugees and 60% of them are children. In particular, most children who are at the Zaatari refugee camp cannot receive formal education and there is not even a proper playing facility for them. Due to this, I designed self-generated lighting maracas for the education of the children of Syrian refugees. This can help children to develop sentiments and also helps to prevent nighttime crimes within the refugee camp by acting as a lighting throughout dark evenings.
