FC Bayern KidsClub conveys FCB’s most important identification values to children. That is why family, responsibility, joy, respect and leading by example are at the center of its efforts. Developing a positive fan culture and cooperation between different interest groups is essential to this endeavor. Along with these values, the club of course also aims at strengthening self-confidence, passion and the devotion to a matter that is close to a fan’s heart. Supporting a wide range of social initiatives in addition to the work with children stresses FCB’s awareness of its social responsibility and the club thus acts as a role model to its young fans.

The game does not end after 90 minutes. Soccer develops a type of energy that connects people with one another – across all borders, both physical and psychological. KidsClub uses this energy for the well-being of society as a whole. 40,000 children belong to this club and can take advantage of this opportunity to grow and develop with everything that has to do with soccer, to strengthen their self-confidence and to experience community spirit. This project, which is unique the world over, can serve as a model for other sports clubs.
