The project was realized during the Master's Degree in "Industrial design engineering and innovation" in Milano from february to july 2015. Electrolux commissioned us a new concept of sous-vide appliance to from the trend research to engineering.
The concept is a small appliance to prepare sous-vide recipes through steam cooking. Created for a domestic use (max 6 eaters) that permits to having a simple and intuitive approach of this technique.
