Urban Sports Lab / City Sport Campaign

Urban Sports Lab
Urban Sports Lab

Together with the city of Hamburg we started an initiative to motivate the citizens to integrate physical activities into their daily lives. Being fit is a conscious decision. The goal is to instill the awareness of the benefits of exercising and ultimately changing human behavior towards being more active. This is where Urban Sports Lab comes into play. We develop motivational strategies to offer the urban dweller effective ways to integrate exercises into their daily routines. Visual stimuli and easy to follow instructions trigger a mental and emotional impulse that directly translates into the urge to move.

The jury thought this was a good project. However, in all five dimensions it did not receive enough points to warrant an award. The main reason was that the jury considers projects of this kind to be predominantly educational.
