QUARTIER ACHT. Twelve real estate agents – one brand. How should a real estate agency for luxury real estate from Munich Grünwald be presented? How extroverted is it allowed to act? These questions were answered on the way to the new brand. The new name – QUARTIER ACHT Exklusive Immobilien – is embedded in a puristic yet artificial brand identity. The logo interprets the name in a maximum reduction. Geometric forms convey respectability. Anthracite creates space for the deep-orange color. The interaction of the elements enables a balance between a confident identity and an ideal presentation of sales objects.
