The traditional knife is easy to spill the juice on the handle and the hands when cutting fruits.
The main improvement is making a room in the handle to contain napkin. The bottom of knife is a cab that users can open the cap to reload napkin.
After peeling fruits, user can open the cab on the bottom and take napkin out to clean hand and knife itself.
