There must have been at least one time when pressing an elevator button had become a difficult task from boarding the elevator with an armful of materials. In addition, people with visual impairments simultaneously press more than one button from time to time since each and every one of elevator buttons are flat. Therefore, my aim is to design a button that both people with and without disabilities can conveniently use. An elevator button with a U-shaped groove enhances approachability for people with visual impairments. its design allows people who cannot freely use their hands to operate a button with their elbows as an alternative.
