Tube-rella is umbrella for children's safe. Basic umbrella has a risk that broken by the wind and pricked eye by edge of umbrella. Tube-rella has not risk that hurt and not broken by hard wind because have rib of tube and opened when the air injected to tube. It designed remove that risk element through tube-rella.
