Around the globe it is estimated that 1.2 million people die in car accidents in one year – that equates to 3200 traffic deaths every day.
Service design might be an integrated approach to face such problems, when the issue is not approached only from one single point of view but from multiple entry points and by including all playing actors.
•Having a sensor on the steering for measuring the level of alcohol in the blood and also the blood pressure of the drivers , the car don't permit to turn on the vehicle , If before driving the car detect a high level of Alcohol it woud'nt permit the vehicle to be turned on and sos to medical centers.
