In favor of an efficient circular economy, speakers should be made of renewable materials, electro-acousitc efficiency must be increased and the energy consumption reduced. This is the criteria that I applied to this design. The case, usually plastic, it‘s made of the material FluidSolids®, which consists essentially of natural fibers, a natural binder and various additives which are processed into a mass and then pressed into a desired shape. The raw materials are waste products from industry and agriculture. Due the materials, the design embodies the ecological consciousness behind the idea and the look it‘s simple and young.
