Every year in late autumn, many places of the city is a war with fallen leaves. In each street, large sacks containing fallen leaves are piled everywhere. This is marring the appearance of the streets blowing to the main road and roadside. Not only the collected sacks of fallen leaves take up the amount of volume. but also fallen leaves amount to tons of tens, and disposal cost about billions is causing major problem also.
