The early hours of a disaster are the most important. Help is not yet there and many people have no shelter the first night. Shelter is one of the most important needs in these hours of distress. TESPES is designed as a small and low-cost shelter that can answer the essential shelter needs in these situations. This shelter is small enough to fit any emergency kit. One of the many features of TESPES is Bithermal layers which makes TESPES usable in both hot and cold weathers. The prototype was made and tested. By doing that it was estimated that the final product is going to cost about $15 to $20 delivering the cost-effectiveness promise.
