Taipei technology development is very fast, but also very rich history and
culture,with the historical development of Shihlin District, Taipei city, the
Palace Museum in the region is the collection of many precious historical
treasures. So has a rich culture of the region,but also as an important
future technology development district of Taipei. The program expects to
link the public space as a medium, from the perspective of history and
technology of different meditation, so that the two equilibrium relationships.
