The bystander effect is a social psychological phenomenon that refers to cases in which individuals do not offer any means of help to a victim when other people are present.
The bystander effect is full of in every corner of the society, such as school, park, and street. The work expresses the concept of reflection which awakes the conscience of the bystander. Stop treating indifferent to the victim and help one another.
