Safe to Recycle / Snap-off Cutter

Safe to Recycle

Disposal of waste blade of snap-off cutter directly into garbage is inappropriate. As the abandoned blade fragments is still sharp, not only will it cut through garbage bags, but also make the recycling becomes dangerous.
With rough friction material in the gap of the rear, you can use the gap quickly blunt the waste blade fragments, and then snap the blade.
Turn the edge before disposal, and the recycling is more secure.
