Here is an instant noodle barrel design to improve its insulation through a double-layered cover. The small open is the first layer is used to put in the ingredients and heated water and then seal again. It can help to trap heat better, reduce the time needed for softening the noodle, and make it more tasteful. The cover can prop up automatically slightly to release pressure when it reaches a risky degree. The traditional virginal pulp paper is still the best choice to make the top of noodle barrel and small open .Both sides of the open were smeared solid gum .Volume production is viable for the low costs of production.
