321 Guide-Tile / Reciprocal guide-tile

321 Guide-Tile
321 Guide-Tile

When the blind follow the guide-tile, they are normally not prepared psychologically to take a turn, go up the stairs, or even cross the road. This can put them in a danger. 321 Guide-Tile provides them with psychologically prepared cues. Before they encounter a corner, stairs or intersection, the lines on guild-tile will transform into three horizontal lines to remind them of a change ahead. The lines will decrease as he/she gets closer to the corner. Thus, they can prepare themselves without haste. It not only provides them with a sense of safety, but also reduce the chances of an accident happening such as missing a step or the corner.
