self training

The most important factor in exercise is the posture. The angle of the posture determines the amount of force required to perform each action, and consequently, affects the overall effectiveness of the exercise. Each component's sensor communicates via Bluetooth to correct the user's posture. Self-training stays connected with user's phone via Bluetooth to measure the angle and position of the body and displays on the screen whether the user is currently in optimal posture.
