Mozen / Chair

Mozen is designed for the restless individual who seeks to quell his socially disruptive behaviour. It aims to help one achieve a point of stability and rest as fulfilling the basic functions of a chair, however doing so not by remaining static but by allowing one to achieve a state of equilibrium within oneself . By having to means to physically be attuned to his inner sense of rhythm and movement.

Mozen looks stable but its tethering affordances as one initially sits ,heightens one proprioception as one balances in accordance to one’s inner rhythm and flow of movement, further augmenting one’s stability.
