Post-it! what you can do to save information immediately and save the memory to put up at the visible place.
Based on those points, I would think about the post-it for the public and blinds both of them.
It's normally similar to usual post-it but it have braille points, as opposed to the basic.
Also, when you want to read it by hands, leave a space where you need to read and push the rest of the things to the back side.
I had an eye on air cap called bubble wrap when people generally use to wrap up a parcel.
It can be more easily to exchange information with the person who is visually handicapped.
