My design concept is a toy cleaner to be used in daycares to sanitize children's toys using UV light. UV lights are embedded in the two halves of the ball, and light when the ball is together, thus closing the circuit. The UV light sanitizes toys by degrading the DNA of microorganisms, thus preventing the spread of virus and germs. Children are encouraged to play with the ball, having fun while becoming conscious of the importance of cleanliness and good hygiene.
