Always-dry Umbrella / umbrella rental system

Always-dry Umbrella is a umbrella rental system built in 
the bus station which is going to use the emitted heat
from the billboard to dry the umbrellas. People can rent
umbrella when all of a sudden rain.After using the
umbrellas, people can be in any of the bus station to
return instead of running back to the same bus station.
