Studies have produced varying recommendations these years; majority of them is to drink water in the right time and proper amount of water. These Studies advice drinking 2 glasses (8 oz) in the morning, 1 glass 30mins before a meal, 1 glass before taking a bath/shower, and 1 glass before going to bed. This water drinking guide is important but sometimes we forgot to drinking water we need. “Drinking Properly Water Pitcher” shows the amount of water that you should drinking in a day and in different time. The colored lines show the timing and how much water you need to drink, remind you and keep you healthy.
