Jūjiro represents a concept of a chair that combines characteristics such as dynamism, constructivism, minimalism...all in one form that exudes with a spirit of the ancient tradition of the asian culture. The word Jūjiro itself means the crossroad, as translated to English, a part where the paths are intersected. That crossroad has a symbolic meaning, since the main detail of the chair was inspired by the idea of bypass and override in order to create one stabile, ergonomic structure. This concept of a chair corresponds to the philosophy of sustainability.
