The second accidents are more likely to happen after traffic collisions. There are two factors contributing to the second accident. First, people may be struck by cars from behind while they are placing the triangle road cone. Secondly, blind spots exist around corners and/or bends. Drivers may not be able to brake in time due to unexpected change in traffic conditions when entering curves. So far, there are no approaches have been found to solve both problems. Thus, this design utilizes the feature of road reflectors and chain reaction to avoid the second accidents happen.
