Nowadays after a natural disaster it takes several days until an up-to-date map is available for the helpers. This enormous waiting time we want to overcome with the technology of autonomous flying drones. They are collecting data and taking images for a new map. Processing all the data only takes a few hours and provide the disaster relief forces with new map material. Now the rescue operations can begin immediately after a few hours. Our system improves the search and rescue process enormously and can help to save more lifes.
