Empathy, is a project that question the way we look at the scars, based on my own experience with a burn accident. The project consists of two initiatives: a short documentary, recording my biggest exposure exercise, and a kit developed for children and young teenagers who have experienced an illness, treatment or injury, resulting in a scar. Empathy aims to promote a unique experience, and provide exercises of reflection and detachment, leading the user to interact with each other, understanding that the scars do not define them, who defines what the scars represent is themselves.
