kokosnuss / coconut scrapping device

kokosnuss

Coconut shavings are extensively used in south western Indian food preparations. But scrapping a coconut is very exhaustive and time consuming task.Because of rapid urbanization and fast paced life it becomes difficult to employ more time in preparation of food.So people are moving away from their staple diet of coconut. Kokosnuss is a device which makes scrapping of coconut easy and keeps people rooted to their cultural and natural staple diet.
