How can we save the victim from danger more quickly, when the complex situation happened in the aquatic rescue?

The rescuer cannot approach the victim when they face the torrent.
The lifesaving equipment can shoot the inflatable boat to the distant place, and bulk up immediately. Thus, the victim can get the buoyancy.There is a reticulum on the bottom of the inflatable boat to resist the danger of flashing away by the water, letting the victim receive the help at the first minute.

With Rescuer allows drowning person to get support for the first time. We can reduce the rescue difficulty, and also increase the survival rate of the drowning.
