Octopus is a life buoy that can be used to carry out a rescue in emergency situations that someone is drowning. When someone is found drowning in the nearby water areas, just pull the ring on one side of the buoy, the retractable ropes will eject from all directions. The end of the ropes is a luminous body with strong buoyancy. The drowner can grab the rope and wait to be rescued.
