When you are cutting vegetables or fruits, the slices might stick on the knife or go around anywhere which is very inconvenient and definitely influence your cooking. Also, you have to press the back of the knife blade to cut something tough but the place you pressed down is keen-edged.This always make your hand uncomfortable or even hurt you. In our design, we widen the back of the knife blade to solve these problems.
