Open Kindness is a type of heating streetlamp specially designed for urban vagrants, which connected with the heating system in a city and keeps the homeless out of the cold in freezing winter. The group of the homeless not only appear in the developing world, but the number also increases in the developed world year by year. Each year, numerous of them die from coldness in street during winter nights. Managers and vagrants are not in conflict with each other on how to manage and help them. It's an essential and urgent thing to make them feel the attention and concern about their living standard from the society.
