The prevalence of touch screens in public system cause many unfriendly conditions to the visually disabled. The improvement of technology and settings of blind mode allow the visually disabled to read the information and manipulate the machine by themselves.The visually impaired are able to use touch to acquire information as well as utilize a system of touch-and-vibrate feedback to operate it.
