LINE CUT / Cutter Ruler

People usually use a ruler when they cut paper. They put pressure on the ruler
and then make a slice down the side of it.
However, the design below could do it more easily. The design I suggest will
incorporate a knife with a lever mechanism attached to the ruler, allowing the
user to set their desired cutting area according to their own preference.
Thus, making the operation is more exactly.
