The design is a system driven by the wind that is caused by those running vehicles in highways and turning it into electric energy. It consists of anti-glare panels, cables and isolation strips. Anti-glare panels are fan blades for a wind-driven generator. Wind blows and rotates the anti-glare panels, which mobilizes the linking rotors of the mini electric generator producing electric energy and transfers the energy through the cables buried under the isolation strip. This system is  able to meet the requirement of electricity of the highway, the residences, factories, even villages and cities nearby.
