The popular stir frying makes food taste good and look fine. However, the oil will generate a small amount of harmful substances after being heated at high temperature and eating a lot of oil is bad for health. Along with the attention on health, people are more demanding to food and begin to focus on this problem; they tries to drain off the oil during eating,t this behavior is indecent and troublesome. Raised-bottom plate is designed with a raised cambered surface in the bottom, and the oil will flow down along the surface, then you can enjoy the cate.
