Freakonomics is a digital book redesign for the popular non fiction book by Steven Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner. As reading shifts from print to digital formats, the new medium allows for explorations of new ways to present book covers, different navigation patterns and experimentation with the digital format.

As the format of the novel melds pop culture with economics, the colors of the redesign express the bright and quirky collection of stories that are presented in every chapter. The running theme of discovery and presentation of unusual facts is coupled with the footprints that trail along as you flip through the pages.
