There are many bollards in parks to prevent scooters entering. However, the design of bollard stops wheelchairs and baby carriages too.Starting with the length difference of wheelchair, baby carriage and scooter, we design a turnstile that can stop scooters only. The length of wheelchairs and baby carriages is under 100 cm, and the length of scooters exceeds 160 cm mostly. Therefore we use a turnstile gate 120 degrees to control the rectangle space that can stop scooters and allow wheelchairs and baby carriages to pass.
