Communication signals are always invalid when an earthquake happens in mountain area in China. So the relatives cannot get in touch with relatives who are in disaster area in at least two or three days before rescuers arrived. The life recorder can solve this problem perfectly. When the earthquake stops, some local officials will use life recorders to scan victims’ fingerprints. Then the recorders will identify the personal information and survival situation will be uploaded onto the satellite through them. The satellite will send survival situation to the Internet and relatives could achieve it through the Internet as soon as possible.
