Do you often forget to add salt to the soup when you are cooking? Sometimes chefs are too busy cooking and forget to season their soups with salt. Even when seasoning, they have to test the saltiness of the soup with their own mouths. Using the conductivity of saline water, we have designed a useful ladle, which indicates the saltiness of the soup on the lower part of its handle, in the form of LED signals during cooking. This way, chefs can season their soups properly by controlling the saltiness, and they no longer need to take the risk of burning their tongues in the process.
